Responsibilities

• • Portfolio Management. Partakes in pro-active SVB client contact to ensure they are extremely satisfied with SVB, providing feedback to SVB to improve SVB client satisfaction, as appropriate
  • Develops expertise in the SVB product suite.
  • Ensure promotion of the breadth and depth of the SVB Platform beyond the Early Stage Practice.
  • Anticipate SVB client needs and manage SVB client concerns with internal operations and product groups, providing feedback to relevant SVB teams as appropriate.
  • Work proactively to develop value-add introductions and connections in the ecosystem

Skills And Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience and network in the tech startup ecosystem. Strong relationship management and marketing skills. Strong focus and ownership on the overall SVB’s client experience
• Deep interest in technology industry with the ability to form deep convictions on markets and companies
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, ideally from software company/venture capital/consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects
• Superior work ethic, strong desire to learn, and uncompromising attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and you can explain complex situations with ease.
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Passion to support and add value to high growth companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
