Eli Maurice
Managing Director
Eli Maurice brings extensive international experience across corporate finance, venture capital, and investment banking.
As a pioneer of the growth equity asset class in Israel,
Eli has been instrumental in bridging the gap between early-stage venture and late-stage private equity within the region.
Prior to founding Gate Ventures, he served at Clarified International,
a prominent cross-border European M&A advisory firm, where he led complex merger and acquisition engagements. His expertise spans sophisticated financial modeling, strategic market research, and the execution of confidential information memoranda.
Throughout his career, Eli has held pivotal roles in investment banking and corporate finance, consistently driving deal flow and high-level strategic initiatives.
Neal Daskal
Partner
Neal joined Gate Ventures in 2024 as a Partner, and brings extensive experience across investment banking, SaaS leadership, and private equity.
Before Gate Ventures, Neal held investment banking roles at
Standard Bank, advising and executing debt transactions for major corporates. He later served as CFO/COO of Skale CRM, a fintech SaaS platform,
and as an investment professional at Clarity Capital and Calculus Capital.
Neal’s combination of deal-making expertise and operational leadership enables him to help innovative companies scale and access tailored debt solutions.
